AusPunter does not accept bets, facilitate bets, hold funds, pay winnings, or provide gambling products. If the service links to third-party websites or displays advertising, those third parties are independent from AusPunter and are responsible for their own products, terms, disclosures, and compliance.

You must not misuse AusPunter. This includes attempting to disrupt the service, access data or systems without permission, scrape or copy substantial parts of the service without permission, reverse engineer the service, use the service to develop a competing product, or use the service unlawfully.
7. Intellectual Property
AusPunter, including its software, design, predictions, ratings, copy, and original content, is owned by AusPunter or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-Party Data, Links, and Advertising
The service may include data, links, content, or advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, products, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
9. No Warranties
AusPunter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, and guarantees that may otherwise apply, including warranties about accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past performance, historical results, odds, ratings, and model predictions are not reliable indicators of future results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AusPunter is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, economic, betting, wagering, or gambling-related loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AusPunter against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or decisions you make using information from the service.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated Terms with a new last updated date.
13. Trademarks and League Independence
AusPunter is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the AFL, NRL, Cricket Australia, Australian Professional Leagues, UFC, clubs, teams, players, or any other sports league or governing body unless expressly stated.
Team names, league names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any use is for identification and informational purposes only.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts that hear appeals from them.
